City of Villains is the standalone sequel to the critically acclaimed MMORPG City of Heroes.
Using a staggering assortment of new powers, abilities, and customisation options, players can experience sinister game play from the other side of the mask.
With diabolical craft and guile, players forge new super-powered villain characters in an attempt to dominate the world. Heroes and authorities of Paragon City will do all in their power to thwart these evil plans of destruction. It will take a supreme effort for true domination. |
What is E.V.I.L.?
Evil is a term describing that which is regarded as moraly bad, intrinsically corrupt, wantonly destructive, inhumane, or wicked. It is also a SVG (Super Villain Group) on City of Villains. E.V.I.L. stands for Every Villain is Lovable and can be found on the Union server.
The supergroup essentially has two purposes one of which is to serve its master (Max Khaos....Mwh ha ha). Its other purpose is to make the game more enjoyable for both its members and to the CoV community as a whole. Leading by example and sharing what we learn, we hope to become a force to be reckoned with (and respected) within City of Villains.
History
E.V.I.L. was first formed during the City of Villains beta. It proved to be successful with around 40 members who regulary teamed up together and tried new things out. When City of Villains was released live it seemed natural to try and reform the SVG. Although much of the orignal player base is not present (many are from the american servers) the SVG has once again managed to capture a great bunch of friendly players.
Membership
Whilst many supergroups place limits on who and who cannot join, E.V.I.L.'s only real rule is that you stay active and contribute to its further development (as well as following the rules set out by NCsoft Europe). New players to the world of City of Villains are welcomed just as much as those that are experienced. To join you need to contact a member of the SVG. This can be done by leaving a message in the recruitment section of this website (Here) or through in game chat.
There is a lot of diversity amongst this SVG due to its open endedness. You will find those who enjoy PvP (player vs player) as well as those who don't. Those who are just on now and again to those who seem to be on at all hours.
Roster
Would all members who have not yet done so, please submit their villains Via the "Villain Roster" option in the Nav Menu. You also have the ability to edit your character as he/she improves.

Ok folks due to the sheer number of spam registrations the site is recieving I have had to modify the forums so that ANY account that has zero posts after 7 days of registering with the site will be deemed INACTIVE and will be automatically deleted.
If you wish to keep your account please post a message on the forums, a simple hello or message on the test forum is all you need to secure your account from deletion
